With over 10 years at remote-first tech companies, I've moved between managing sales teams, product support, customer success management, and product management (growth, most recently), going deep on each stage of the customer journey. I'm obsessed with making customers happy and uncovering what they actually need, then getting it built.

I prefer scrappy and quick. Sitting between sales, customer success, and product, I love to build for the unowned process, the broken handoff, the workflow nobody maintained. I can turn those crazy things that don't scale into repeatable motions for growth. In the last few years, I've gone deep on AI, building agents, integrations, and tools that automate the work we used to coordinate humans through.

Originally from California, Spain is now home. Outside of work, I love weightlifting, building physical things (3D printing is consuming me right now), trying out new recipes, and traveling around the world to eat tasty foods.
